Today I started the Master Cleanse. My goal is to keep it up for ten days and completely cleanse my body.
I went to the store to buy supplies, walking through the store and looking at all the food made me sad that I couldn’t eat any for days. Which reminds me of a good tip I read somewhere:
I need to keep myself away from temptation. This would include walking in supermarkets ( by the fresh fish section! ), watching tv commercials, and reading recipe and food blog feeds.I was hungry so I mixed a glass of lemonade. My recipe:
1 lemon or 4 tbsp of lemon juice and pulp
5 tbsp of maple syrup
pinch of pepper
14 oz warm water, zapped 2mins in microwaveMix everything in water bottle and shake.The taste isn’t bad, it’s pretty good. The pepper gave it a kick, so I won’t be putting to big of a pinch in it. After drinking this I still feel slightly hungry tho.
