I won’t even pretend that this is going to be easy for me. My ideal schedule would be to stay up until 2 AM and then sleep until 10 AM. But my world just doesn’t work that way. Lately, I have been getting up around 7:30 or 8:00, which barely gives me enough time to get my son fed, dressed, and to the babysitter in time to be at my desk at 9:00 for work. My son goes to kindergarten next fall, so I know we’ll have to have an earlier routine then. I want to get into earlier habits so that all the “have to” stuff like exercise are done first thing in the morning and the evenings can be more relaxed.
