so I have no been doing very well. there are 65 days left until the end of school. i am going to go for 15 days of eating smaller portions and more healthy food then take a break for 3 days, then eat well again for 15 days take another break for 3 days, eat well for 15 days take a 3 day break, and then finish out the semester eating well. this is reasonable and i am going to mark the days down in my calender so that i know how long until my days off and that will be motivation to just wait a little bit longer. here it goes.

today was a really bad day. all i ate was an entire box of girl scout cookies and then wheat thins and then pizza bites. not good. not good.
yeah, i haven’t been doning to well with this one lately. i have been eating only in the morning and then pretty late at night i am starving and jsut eat like whatever i want. i need to find time during the day to eat more. i just don’t want a freakin sandwich and there really isn’t much else to choose from, that is healthy i mean.
Maybe i will start to get a smoothie everyday at like lunch time, so that at least i am eating something. Maybe this will help with how hungary i am at night.
It is really bad to eat at night anyway, you have no time to burn off the calories, so in an effort to stop this i am not going to eat past seven, unless i have not eaten since the morning. but if the new plan works out then that won’t happen :)
i guess i have done alright, but i could do better, just one food choice at a time.
if i take it one day, one decision at a time, then i can eat healthy and get fit.
