I got my 150. I think, (lol) what with Little G’s climbing around and the music of the Be Good Tanyas.
Mostly crunches, with some good situps there when he was sitting on my legs.
I’ve realized I can do isometrics too, while driving or sitting still. It takes some concentration. Let’s see how it goes.
