I’ve actually been pretty consistent over the last six weeks. I had a little set back this last week because I’ve been incorporating sprints and distance jogging into my workout and haven’t been stretching as I should have. It may have irritated my knee and I think I got ITBS from it. But a little ice and ibuprofen every day accompanied with constant stretching and I think I’m ready to start at full force pretty soon. I’ve been exercising, but been trying to ease back into it, stopping if anything feels weird.
I can jumprope for longer periods of time without feeling like my lungs are collapsing! And am able to do more pushups without gravity getting the best of me!
