remember to stretch!

I’ve actually been pretty consistent over the last six weeks. I had a little set back this last week because I’ve been incorporating sprints and distance jogging into my workout and haven’t been stretching as I should have. It may have irritated my knee and I think I got ITBS from it. But a little ice and ibuprofen every day accompanied with constant stretching and I think I’m ready to start at full force pretty soon. I’ve been exercising, but been trying to ease back into it, stopping if anything feels weird.

I can jumprope for longer periods of time without feeling like my lungs are collapsing! And am able to do more pushups without gravity getting the best of me!



vicious cycle...

still continues. hahaha, even two years ago. i’m like a bear that eats up in the winter because it gets cold. let’s try this again.

oookay. time to buckle down. every year this cycle: lose weight in the summer, gain it back during the holidays. spring is exercise season. hopefully, this year the cycle stops. onward.
