Learning to cook is really tampering with my goal to “eat healthier.” Which is probably really my fault because I keep picking to make dessert by none other than PAULA DEEN. That woman whip together a heart attack at bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Buuut, so far I’ve opted to make very simple things because it lessens the chance of failure. ;) Pizza bread, banana pudding, blueberry muffins, chocolate chip pancakes, cajun shrimp pasta… now I’m starting to look for things so I can use these left over ingredients. So I guess it’ll be baked goods for a while.
