backpack through Europe

I bought an eagle creek 70L maiden voyage (it’s on close out sale for anyone that is interested!!) No solid plans yet, but I’ve been wanting to do this since I was sixteen. And now, nine years later, I’ve got a bookbag… hahahaha. I’m a little slow. I guess buying a bookbag just makes me feel like I’m getting closer. Been saving money, but things have come up and I don’t have too much stashed away.

I was thinking that maybe I could backpack in two week intervals since I don’t know if my work is too keen on me taking three months off (Personally, I don’t have any problem with it…). Any feedback on that idea? Would it be better to take one long trip, or several small trips across Europe?

i’m taking an 11 day tour of europe. not exactly the backpacking trip i was planning (and still am… scheduled to do that in a few years ) but still a little ‘toe dip.’ :)

i’m going on a 11 day tour through the major cities: london, paris, rome. woo!! still planning to backpack in a few years, trying to save up money for a longer trip.
