this week study has slightly improved , although not by much..hopefully from today .. i will definitely increase my energy levels thru exercise and movement and that will in turn motivate me to sit down , clear my mind and study . i think part of the reason is i have lots of thoughts on my mind and it is just easier for me to get distracted.. i think im going to practice sitting down and focusing on just work on.. they say .. anything you do , a number of times.. you can make it a habit…so lets see for this week

i have a major registration exam in march and one in october and i have a pharmacist working with me who is so damn good ! she keeps making me feel stupid.
i have to pick up my game..starting from today..stop getting distracted by all the fun things that a person can do ..not studyiNg !
