this has definitely not happend ! i think instead of opting to kneel down in my bedroom after i get up in the morning.. my nap in the eve and before bed time ..i might make an actual ritual of it ..somewhere else and try it continously for a month and see if it makes me feel better

need to pray and sleep in order to learn patience..i find if i give up control to someone else during the day then i do much better..clear my mind .. sleeping is going well :P :P praying 3 times a day is my ideal
