I’m very tall, and I work at a counter that was designed for someone about 6-8 inches shorter than me. In order to utilize the counter, I pretty much have to hunch over….and since I’m hunched over for hours at a time, it’s just natural to do it the rest of the time too…considering buying one of those posture correctors that pull your shoulders back…might teach me to bend at the hips/waist rather than hunching over the counter.
I’m concerned though, because another part of my problem is a shoulder injury. A torn glenoid labrum and a low clavicle kinda make it hard for me to want to pull my shoulders back….
