My physical therapist put the brakes on this. Said right now it’s too “jarring” So this goal will be on hold for a few months.

I did it again and I kicked my own ass. It’s hard, I can’t wait til it gets better. I can’t stand feeling like crap when I exercise
I started the alternating jogging and walking thing. It’s 60 seconds jog 90 seconds walk. It was hard as hell but I had a blast.
I’ve been walking regularly the past two weeks. I picked up the pace the last two days. Getting there!!
I took a brisk 20 minute walk with my son. This is where I think I should begin my goal of jogging. I also accomplished two goals at once—spend more time with my son and start jogging.
