So it wasnt until this past summer that i really learned to run. Thanks to a couple of my friends (who run all the time) – it was really alot of fun and they really encouraged me – i think a large reason i never ran before is because i thought i looked goofy doing it like i was doing it wrong- lol but i do fine it is fun teehee :D not sure why i havent ran for years.
