Write a book and get it published

Today, I spent a couple of hours working on my book. The prose is coming along nicely although I seem to get caught up in using just the right word. I keep telling myself to move on and worry about it during the editing process. Any thoughts?

I have started two different books in the past two years. I gave up on the first one, but have high hopes for this one. I have written about two or three chapters so far, but have stopped writing recently. I don’t seem to have the time. People say that all the time. Instead of using that excuse, I am going to write each day. Whether it’s a little or a lot, some progress is better than none. Make an effort not an excuse right? :)
