My hair, even the short pieces, are past my shoulders now. I have hair. Hair. . . I’ve been doing condition-wash-condition on it lately the texture is much improved. I need to dye it soon. I have an inch and a half of gray.

I have hair.
I’m very happy with this. It’s turning gray now but it’s hair now. If you’ll scroll down the page you’ll see what I started with and you’ll understand why I’m so happy with my hair. I can pull all of it back now without getting hair in my face. It’s getting less obvious that the back is longer than the front.
It’s been a year and 3 days since the hair cut of doom. I only had it trimmed once since then. I think I’ll let the sides grow more before I do anything else to it.
I have a ponytail now! Most of the front falls out but it’s still a ponytail!
My hair has grown out into the hair cut I had in college. I really liked that hair cut.
I dyed my hair a April 13. I measured my roots and I grew an inch and a half since then. It’s starting to look pretty decent even though the front is significantly shorter than the back.
I had it trimmed yesterday. The front now blends in with the back and I have bangs now. It looks cute now.
I got some hair clips to keep it out of my face. Maybe now I won’t ask every five minutes if I should cut it or not.
