Ah, I literally just put down Blessings by Anna Quindlen. Such a beautifully, touching book. The ending is a bit sad, but all the same, it’s wonderful!

I suppose next I shall begin to tackle The Fountainhead.

I’m getting there, slowly but surely. =] I just finished Gone with the Wind and next up will be whichever book on my list that the library has available. I’m looking for Middlemarch by George Eliot. If they don’t have it in (they didn’t last time), it’ll probably be Lord of the Flies by William Golding.

Finished The Hobbit & Beautiful Lies.

Now it’s on to House of Sand and Fog by Andre Dubus III.

.O. 2 years ago

Just finished 1984 by George Orwell. It was okay, but not my favorite by far.

Next up Beautiful Lies by Lisa Unger.

I’m getting there. Today I finished Harper Lee’s To Kill a Mockingbird. I’m trying to figure out how I never read this book before. I think everyone should grow up with a father like Atticus and the curiousity of Scout. We’d learn a lot more about life that way!

Next up George Orwell’s 1984.

Today I finished Emily Craig’s Teasing Secrets from the Dead. It truly was a really good book! That is if you can get past the graphic descriptions. I wouldn’t recommend it to the faint of heart, but otherwise, go for it. =]

I started Harper Lee’s To Kill a Mockingbird as well. I’m really looking forward to getting further into the plot and getting to know the characters. It’s going to be good, I can tell!
