ugh… i’m trying. hopefully the master cleanse will help to cut this sugar addiction i have.

ok, i’m trying this cereal diet… my boyfriend recently got a super fancy scale & he signed us both up for LA Fitness, so i figured its more than a sign. i really have no excuse not to take better care of myself…. so i’m gonna eat this special k cereal when i get the munchies (2 times a day) and keep my calorie intake under 1200. i still havent hit the gym, but i have plans to on monday
i’ve decided to stop ignoring this goal. i’ve decided to start the special k cereal program. (replacing two meals with their cereal, along with a seperate portion of fruit) its working out so far. i havent weighd myself, nor do i plan to… my clothes fitting loose will be enough for me. i want to get some apples next time i go to the store. it’ll be good to suppress cravins if i’m out and about or between meals. its all about planning for me.
i’ve started eating KASHI cereal for breakfast & i notice that i dont get hungry for a long time after! im also drinking lots of water & eating veggie burgers
