I fell in love with yoga since I started practicing 4 years ago. It is great strength training and stress relief especially around the hips and in my back, where I carry a lot of it. My problem is, I need to find a regimen and stick to a consistent schedule. Lately it’s been once or twice a week, but Id like to do an hour a day.

I’ve been pretty inconsistent, as usual. Once a week or so. But I hope that with my focus on the future lately, it has helped motivate me. At least I drag my butt to the tv and do the mat work. Finding a peaceful situation to meditate and work on my concentration is so much harder.
I have not been practicing. In fact its been all year, since college. Going to a class with other people is great, but now I cannot pay $15 each time, no matter how incredibly worth it for my wellness. I have a good dvd and I work with that occasionally, but being so stressed out lately has made it harder to find the motivation…
