monthly & small

the brilliant thing is that i only tend to become a little anxious once a month, sort of regularly, & i’m completely fine with putting this down to hormones. you have no idea how happy that makes me, compared to being in a constant anxious state with no reason behind it! i’m going to cross this off the list, with great joy.



2007>2006

2007 was a million times better than 2006, anxiety wise. i wasn’t slowed down in such a way as nov 06, & any periods of anxiety got shorter & shorter. the last time it affected me was in october? & it was a two day affair. so lets hope it slows to nothing.



anxiety

recently, i’ve suffered twice from two bouts of anxiety in as many months. i’m already sick of it & want to kick it out of my head. i’m reading up on it & trying to find ways of controlling it, as well as having seen a doctor & made appointments with a counsellor. it’s affected my relationships & my uni work, & i don’t want that any more. it’s going to be quite hard, i’ve suffered with being nervous for as long as i can remember, but this anxiety/depression was quite different & i’d rather not have to deal with it again.
