go on a date.

consider this complete!! In Feb. I got asked out on a date. A true date. And I went. It was great. We’ve been on dates nearly everyday since then. Consider me smitten. :-)

I am supposed to have a date tonight. But the guy I was going out with got called into work. And while this sounds like a blow off, I actually know his boss and I live with them so I know it’s true. I know it’s not his fault, but I can’t help but to be disappointed. I got off work 20 min. early and was going to come home and get fixed up. This sucks. I know he feels bad and I wish he wouldn’t.

I have a date tonight. I’m excited. I think it’ll be a lot of fun. And it’s with someone I truly adore. I think it’ll be great. I’ll let you all know how it goes. :-)

Not really sure if it was a date, per se, but all the same: GP and I went out on Saturday after Rockfest. We went to a local bar and had a blast. Played pool, got a little toasted and had a great time! Then on Sunday, I got to watch him play baseball. For the first time. He was like a fish in water. It’s so obviously his passion and he is so talented. I wish he knew how much talent he has. It was a great weekend with my 3…well, let’s just leave it at “my 3.” I’m glad we all got to go out to rockfest.

Sort of a date. I went out with “GP” and had a great time. We didn’t have a typical date, but it was the 2 of us, out, having a great time, singing kareoke. one of my favorite past times. We had a few drinks and he even sang a song by the end of the night. I really enjoyed it. It wasn’t anything…..extraordinary, in terms of what we did, but just hanging out, enjoying each other’s company, running into some people, and just being able to hang. It was good fun. I sang my heart out. :-) Thanks for the great night GP. xoxo

Nothing serious. But a real date. Someone to call me up and ask me out proper and actually go on a date. I’ve never done that, and I think it would be fun.
