I don’t think this will ever really be accomplished. Nervousness is such a huge part of my life, it always has been. Right now I’m nervous, my stomach is in knots, and that is how I feel a lot of the time. I have nothing to do today, nothing to really be nervous about, but my mind just goes to all these other things. Uncertainity in other areas of my life keeps me from being calm and enjoying the moment.

I am nervous as hell right now. I’m shaking a bit, my stomach is in knots, and I can’t sit still. All because I have to go to work. It’s not bad, but business has been slow and I haven’t been there in a week and a half. I hate breaks like that. It makes it so much worse when I do have to walk back in.
My last entry under this goal (7 months ago) was talking about being so nervous when I was going to get my hair cut. Maybe I’m getting better or maybe I was just having a good day, but I just got my hair cut and I wasn’t nervous at all. I also had my first day of work without being too nervous. So I am going to go ahead and consider this good progress. It helps to just keep busy and then do it so you don’t have time to think about it. The more I think, the worse I become so I need to avoid dwelling on these things.
It’s just who I am. I am always nervous over everything. I went to get my hair cut today and even though I had my best friend there, I was still extremely nervous. Drove back up to college, same thing. I just can’t stop it.
I have always been a very nervous person and I don’t know how to change. I am shaking so bad right now because I have to go to a class I hate in 15 minutes and I think I am about to be sick. I really need help.
