I should probably start looking around for a race now.. I’ve been working pretty hard on losing weight and working out and I know I can run a 5k if I actually signed up for one the problem is just finding one.. Once I find one I’ll work on shortening the time it takes me to run it.. Right now I’m just working on going for a certain time and not distance, but since last time I ran and hour 10 I’m pretty sure I can do 3.1 miles haha..

So far I haven’t been able to find a race around my area, but none the less I’ve been training for this. I’m also trying to lose weight and get in shape so this will sorta be a milestone for both of those goals as well. I used to not be able to jog a half mile without huffing and puffing, but now I can go jogging for 20-30 minutes and be fine. I went jogging today and went 13 minutes feeling great, but my knee started rubbing so I stopped at 15 minutes. Didn’t want to push my luck since my knees are already bad. I’m almost positive I could have went for 35-40 today, but oh well. I’ll get there.
Monday- 6:30 and 7 am workouts/jog 4 min, sprint 1 min, walk 2 minutes, repeat 3 more times. After that my crunch routine and I repeated the jog, sprint, walk for group 2 three times.
Tuesday- Jogged for 15 minutes
For Wednesday- workouts 6:30 and 7 a.m. groups/11 step pyramid (11 crunches, 11 jumping jacks, 11 pushups, 11 flutter kicks, run a lap, then go to 10 of each, repeat till down to 0)
