gained a lot back.. Not sure how much, but it was quite abit.. because of this I’m back to trying to change my eating habits.. again lol.. lets see how long this takes to get rid of.. The first time it took 4 months if not more.. I blame this on my boyfriend.. We broke up back in February and I lost 10pounds or so.. We get together and I gain about 20.. Ugh.. gotta get rid of this.

I actually completed this one back in November, but I didn’t want to call something complete and then it change back. This morning when I woke up I weighed myself after eating breakfast. I found out I’m 170 so I think this one is done. I’m not going to slow back down and gain it back. In another week I plan on calling the lose 10 pounds complete as long as I stay under 173. Next goal weight to get to will be 168. I hope that one is plausible to have completed by the end of February. My ultimate goal is to be to my top potential as a softball player before the olympic game in April both performance wise and body wise. I know I can do it I just need to remember to focus on my studies as well in order to achieve my goals.

So I should be able to call goal weight two complete because I have been at 173 for awhile. The only prob is I was under it and gained the weight back.. Before I can call it complete I want to be under that weight and holding it steady. That way I won’t have to back up and say it is not done yet.

Before the holidays I weighed in at 177.5 now I weighed in at 169.5. I have not seen the 60’s for 5 or so years. I’m really hoping I continue to go down. My goal is 165 and to maintain that. I’ll wait to call goal weight 2 completed since that could just be where I had not ate very much. Kinda just found out my bf cheated on me so I’m recovering. At least I didn’t pull out the ben and jerry’s lol.

I never called this one complete before the holidays because I knew I would gain some of it back. Now I’m wondering where I stand. I’ll try to weigh myself soon so I can check. I went to the gym yesterday with my boyfriend and plan on going at least 5 days a week. I hope this works out and that he will continue to go with me. I like having someone there who I know isn’t judging me. I’ll find out tonight if he was serious about continuing. I’m also starting to eat better again so that will be helpful.

Well I had lost 10 pounds before this week. Now I’m not really sure where I am at. I know I have gained at least 4 to 5 which is why I never called this one complete. I knew finals would pack on the pounds. Especially when softball workouts ended also. Good news is next week starts two days of conditioning/ working out for softball again. Plus the end of finals. Which will hopefully equal me losing weight again. I also have to get back to my better eating habits and keeping my little food journal. I can’t wait til finals are over. Ugh.
Heres what I’ve been doing to get started again with my healthy eating habits..
*No eating past 8
*proper food porportions based on cal and fat
*phasing out soft drinks
*Low cal snack pack to take to work to snack so no buying junk. I include fat free pringles, mixed nuts, 100 cal chocolate waffers all in 1 serving porportions.. may add in an apple
*Eat breakfast everyday
*Bigger lunch than dinner
Theres a few more things I am looking at doing, but thats the main part of it. I’m also starting conditioning for softball tomorrow with the team. Monday and Wednesday I’m pretty sure we are lifting weights and running. Tuesday and Thursday is throwing, hitting, and swimming. Along with those days I plan on working out on my own at my new gym. The membership was only 180 a year for students and its 24 hours a day. I haven’t used it yet but plan to later this week.. At least I better since I payed that much for it.
My goal was and still is to lose 20 pounds or just get into the 160-165 range. I started out this time at 183 which would make 178 my goal for lose 5. I’ve sorta hit that because I usually weigh in at 177 in the mornings, but I’m going to hold off on calling this one done until after I start working out. When I do I’m sure I’m going to gain muscle which weighs more than fat. If thats the case then I may jump back up above my goal soon meaning this one is not met.

I’m about to say this will never be done. My grandfather passed away two weeks ago and since then I reverted back to the way I used to eat. I always do this when I feel depressed. I need to quit eating so much and start working out more. I have a tournament the 4th and 5th of October and I want to be in good shape for it. Since its already the 26th of sept I’m just going to say I want to be down two pounds by the 4th. After that I’ll try for the other 3 pounds I need to lose to meet this goal. If only I could get this done and keep it off once and for all.
Well I stopped working on this goal during the summer. I didn’t do anything at all to stay in shape for softball and I didn’t worry about my healthier eating habit and just went with availability. Thats all over again. I’m starting anew. I’m writing down everything and am keeping track of the calories I eat a day as well as the calories I burn. So far its going well, but this is only the second day.
I’ve also went back to nothing, but water. Did you know that the acidity of water is at a level 7 on the pH scale and that soft drinks are at a level 3 (I’m pretty sure) The next level (2) is stomach acid. I found that interesting in my bio class today. I haven’t had one in probably 4 or 5 days so far. It takes 3 weeks for a habit to form so I guess I’m on my way. Add in I’m going to start running everyday at least a half mile, softball practice, and possibly night walks with my boyfriend and his dog I’d say I’ve got a chance to become healthier and leaner.
Percent Bodyfat: 35% (according to my scale which may not be right, but hey as long as it goes down it works for me)

And its not one I want to admit to. I think I lost muscle where I don’t do anything physical besides daily routine anymore. Thats the only reason I’ve almost hit my goal because today I had to let my belt out. If I was losing it that wouldn’t happen. So back to working out is what I must do. If only I could get some energy back especially before softball.
