But I went hiking today up laurel falls.. 7 mile hike there and back so that wasn’t too bad. Took my puppy and for his first time on the trail not bad at all I have to say.. I’ll try to go at least a couple times next month hopefully.. Days off are just too unlikely to happen when you have a job, are in school, and are an assistant coach..
