stay a non-smoker

Incredibly it’s now 5 months since I did it. With all that’s been going on, it’s amazing I’m still clean. Let’s keep it up!

Begining on April the 18th I’ve now been almost three weeks. Obviously Beti was not here so it was easier to stay away from temptation. Now it’s almost so much keeping her away from cigarrettes as it is keeping myself.
I had a last one in the airport terminal. After landing in Madrid for the weekend, i smoked the lst one, enjoyed it fully and left it behind quite easily. Let’s stay so!
