Grow my hair as long as possible

Hair is past Classic length now (past bottom of buttocks). I just trimmed 3.5” of wispy ends off the other day. This brings it to just below Classic when pulled straight, so as yet I have no idea how long it looks when wavy and loose but the ends look a lot nicer (there had been about 5 hairs longer than the rest and one had reached fingertip but got somehow lost when I did a split end search!)

Anyway I realised just now that because I rarely come on 43T I hadn’t uploaded a recent photo :o So I will post one of before the trim and one after, once I have taken one. I’m planning to wash my hair this afternoon so hopefully it will be very soon.

top of thigh when pulled on – but in reality I am pretty sure there are still two inches to go till it’s official.
Ultimate goal is ‘fingertip’ length, which on me coincidentally is the length which is ‘most desirable’ according to the Golden Section – so there ya go!

I haven’t trimmed properly since Feb ‘07 and don’t intend to till at least May ‘08, but I have snipped a couple times on the rare occasions I have found any splits. My hair is doing fab thanks to the Indian cleansing herbs I wash with instead of shampoo.

We know one another on account of our long hair primarily, but I always leave feeling inadequate! I think it has a lot to do with being tall, they are shorter and have the same hair measurements but it looks soooo long on them! I felt like a shorthair :(

I trim my hair into a v as that is the natural shape of the taper as my hair continues to grow. I believe this shape to be the most beautiful on wavy hair like mine. Natural, fairytale ends but healthy ends – who wants a blunt cut when wavy natural hair looks so enticing?
Anyway I’m uploading a photo as it’s still at tailbone and needs a little encouragement ;)

...I want it to grow longer! It’s at tailbone length right now, my goal is for ‘Classic’ by the end of 2006 (that’s top of thigh/below the buttocks to you!)
