Not been meditating — 1 year ago
Need to get on with this I believe it would do me a great deal of good to regain the habit.

Must get this habit back. Each evening I sit in Siddhasana while watching tv or reading which is great cos not long ago I needed a cushion under the thigh. I used to use this pose as standard for meditation.
to start back on track for this goal.
I probably won’t mark this as done anyway, as it’s a life goal that continues on.
I am going to be better at keeping this up. The kids are on their summer holidays, I have more time.
I treated myself to a nice book to inspire me. I’ve not read any of the meditations yet, but it is well written.
I still haven’t regained this habit. It was helping me a lot, lest I forget it kept me grounded and energized all at the same time.
I’ll take time out in a minute, the PC has taken over my afternoon and I really could do with a break from it.
My morning meditation will resume from the 7th :)
I got out of the habit during my spring cleanse. Just when I really needed it most! I felt so unwell at the start that the habit just got forgotten.
I should remember the 2 weeks I practiced daily and how great I felt afterwards, will wake early tomorrow and get off to a good start!
It’s a really good habit to create, I feel stretched out and alive afterwards, instead of fumbling about and going slow. Better for me than my habitual lie-in followed by a sluggish start to the day due to too much sleep/hitting snooze and not getting any beneficial sleep after the first alarm! Admittedly I usually hit it once out of habit, but the second alarm has me getting up and preparing to sit for 10 mins or so. Doesn’t seem long but I find it plenty to start with. Maybe I will build up longer someday, or incorporate an evening one too :)
I have managed 12 mins for two days running. That’s a start.
That is all I have found time for on waking, before the disturbance of the rest of the house interrupts me.
It is also about as long as i can manage before other things keep popping into my mind and making it wander!
Will keep track of this.
