I am about to go to bed after my seventh day of eating only raw foods, I can safely say I eat plenty of fruit and veggies!

Officially turned 100% raw today! It’s the start of something big in my life, once I complete a week I’ll cross this one off and carry on with the raw goal :)
And the raw planning is going great too :)
I’ve become very interested in eating raw vegan. I’m still in the study phase, but am looking to eat raw food at every meal, as a starting point.
..this week I have generally been much better, whenever I have fancied something sweet I have reached for the fruit.
This goal ties in well with my spring detox planned for the next week or so, as I will be adding in lots of extras, including dandelion greens and nettle leaves and if I can find any artichokes I would love to have some again, it’s been years since I cooked them!
...when it comes to eating plenty of fruit and veggies!
I have added this as a reminder really that I need to be more adventurous in my choices of fruit and veg, and make sure I eat 5 or more (preferably more) portions per day.
I also need to get back into smoothies (the kind with all the fibre, not the juice where you extract everything).
An old favourite was bananas with orange juice and yogurt. MMmmmm I want some now!
