This goal brings to mind one of my favourite movies, Amelie – I think when I practice it, I’d prefer the acts to be the kind no one can thank me for, because no one knows who did it. Little things like leaving the occasional copper coin in the town or park for a little kid to find, um – I’m sure I would be able to think of more!

I sometimes do little things for my family, and not say anything so it surprises them when they notice, it would be lovely to spread the joy to my community!
