136lbs  — 1 year ago

the official target date weigh in. I’m a pound out but I feel I have achieved my goal!
I’m well within the zone I wanted to stay in, I will never again exceed 138lbs! I know I can do this as I kept at it for a year before.
I’ve had some chocolate – and I enjoyed every bite :)
I’m going to mark this as done now.
Best of luck to all the other ‘losers’!

there are still about 22 hours left to complete this goal!! Well I’m quite surprised, since I had told myself I had to reach goal by this morning, when I weighed. OK – I’m happy to have another 22 hours! I will even have a little of what I fancy (since it does you good to) but eat healthily as well, you never know I may just have reached target when I wake up on the 22nd.

I was back to 137 when I woke up, and I did drink some wine last night (which usually makes me heavier next day) so it could have been a glitch – well we’ll see, won’t we?

I had a heavy weekend of eating badly (or having fun anyway) and this morning I weighed 138.5.
I have no idea if I will make it for tomorrow! I may just have to leave off the chocolate after all :(

Yesterday I ate over 1800 calories according to WLR, so I must be more active than I thought because I lost a pound since yesterday!
I’m not complaining :) I even had a Kit Kat Peanut butter and a Lemon dessert as well as strawberries with a little sugar and cream – oh and the last of the hot cross buns. Those are on top of three square meals.
So I have what – 5 days? To lose one last pound and then I will be maintaining! Lindt bunny here I come!

I’m now 137 :)
I ate healthily all yesterday and then had an alcoholic drink when the kids had gone to bed. I am pleased to announce I only have 2lbs to go, my BMI is now 20.3 for the record.

Still at 137.5 even though I ate about 1800 cals yesterday approximately. Good!
I must avoid the sugary nasties today as much as possible, and get my carbs from complex carbohydrates. Oo how will I resist the hot cross buns sitting in my bread crock? LOL I’ll have one after lunch but THAT’s IT!

I weigh daily  — 1 year ago

- so that the slightest fluctuation, although not terribly important, helps me keep things in check. Today I weighed 137.5lb, this is despite eating biscuits over the weekend and yesterday. I’ve been eating on average 1550 cals a day (except for the three days on the cleanse when I had a bit less) so this surprises me that I can lose half a pound within two days. Mind you, the idea is to lose 2lb a week so actually half a pound is no surprise I guess.
Anyway – 2½lbs to go, in 8 days!

Then I did the master cleanse for 3 days and have lost it again and another as well so am now at 138lb.
This is actually my original “never to exceed again” weight so I am really happy! I only have another 3lbs to go till I am at goal, and 11 days to do it in, it’s do-able if I don’t go crazy now I have stopped the cleanse!

I’m now at 139. With luck will be less tomorrow ;)
Only 4 to go till goal, and I finally got back below ten stone having wavered at or above it for months!

London trip and all birthdays are behind me - now there are no excuses!  — 1 year ago

Today I weigh about the same as I did before my London trip, so no guilty feelings about not watching what I ate this past week. Tomorrow I will weigh in and record it properly. Today I am back on WLR recording what I am eating. We spent far too much money in London last week, and this weekend and the week ahead I have a very frugal budget to make up for things. No excuse not to buy lots of fresh veg and fruit, but also no room in the budget for sweet treats or luxurious extras.

Tomorrow my daughter is back at school and although my son has a day off I am determined to get back into my Yoga gently and ease my hip back into it. My meditation too. I came home with a dreadful cold and am fighting tonsilitis too so I will have to not overdo it – but the relaxation aspects can’t do anything worse than help me can they.
