So I am pretty happy with myself at time moment because I decided to swim some laps at out public pool, and wear a swim suit, without covering myself up the whole time! This might sound trivial, but I walked around on the pool deck WITHOUT a towel…god, it was so liberating, to just think “Fuck you if you are judging me”.

I am happy.
