This week I’m going to pay more attention to portion sizes. When I cook, I always like to make more than enough so no one will leave the table hungry. I have to learn what is “enough”—so no one will be hungry, but no one will be stuffed to discomfort either.
Next week, I think I’m going to try to make over some of my favorite recipes to include healthier ingredients. I did this a few years ago and was successful for about a summer, then drifted back into old habits.
