For Christmas I received a new alarm clock that wakes you up with light, smell, and nature sounds before it kicks on with the big buzzer. Maybe this will help!

I’ve been doing a pretty good job at this the last three weeks or so. I’ve only been hitting snooze once or so in the mornings…definitely a big step. Now to just get rid of the snooze all together!
I’ve been doing a little better. Haven’t been snoozing AS much. Coincidently, I moved my start time at work up to 7:30 rather than 8am. It helps me avoid the majority of the traffic, plus…I get home sooner! It’s amazing what an extra 30 minutes feels like!
I’m not doing too hot on this, so hopefully it goes better next week. Today I slept in, but since I was up until 3:30am, it wasn’t that bad to sleep until 10. The real challenge starts next week.
Well…so much for the goal. I woke up at ten till 7 this morning.
This morning I woke up at 6:22, which beats the 7:15 I have been waking up.
I snoozed today…not as bad as usual, but still did it. That is what I get for doing this in the middle of the week. Starting Monday it is on!
I’m a snoozeaholic. I’ll hit it 4-8 times a morning. What is strange, is that in the Army I’m always the first one up when the lights get turned out. I just need to force myself up…I can do it!
