I eat a lot of fast food. I need to stop eating so much fast food. I have gained a lot of weight since I stopped working out (which was in December). I have gained roughly 14lbs, although with my activity level, I am surprised I have not gained more. But I can only imagine what it is doing to my cholesterol levels and the hardening of my arteries. My blood pressure is still optimal (although I am a 20-something female, so that shouldn’t be a worry anyway). All I have to do is cut down a bit, and make an effort to purchase food that can be considered healthy that I will eat. Should be simple enough, right?
