i have set myself a goal to get out of my dorm by 9am every morning. i’m taking a 9:15 gym class on mondays and weds and to regulate my sleep schedule i’m going go to the gym every tues and thurs at 9am as well. that way i can keep myself in check and develop a habit of both waking up and exercising.
don’t know if this whole tues/thurs thing is going to work but i’m going to attempt it.

it’s 1:50am and i have to get up at 8:15 for a 9:15 class, to coincide with my goals of waking up earlier, getting 5 mins early to everything, look put together, and eat breakfast. but i really did try sleeping and i tossed and turned for a good 20 minutes only to concede and write in this site. alas…

too bad i’m not and i’m still up at 1:45am though i have been waking up earlier lately at around 10:30 but that might be due to the fact that i have windows shining light directly into my eyes every day and essentially waking me up. oh well. whatever helps my goal!

I’ve been going to sleep at 3 or 4 in the morning and waking up at 10:45… getting up just in time for my 11 o’clock class. How horrible am I?
I suppose the key to waking up earlier is to sleep earlier.
