from my 2 month anniversary of joining this group. alas, i haven’t been to the gym in about a month and a half. i am soooo going to the gym this week.

Haven’t gone to the gym in 5 days. I have ballet tomorrow so that’s some form of exercise but still… it’s kind of bad. I want toned legsssss and a flat stomach!!!! I think I’ll start doing crunches before I go to bed. Or in the morning? Hmm…



first entry - Off to the gym I trot 2 years ago

I’m leaving for the gym in about 15 minutes. I really want to be fit this year. I’m even taking ballet to work on my endurance and flexibility but it’s killing my ankles probably because I’m not a twiglet. Still, I love the grace.

I’m switching over to a treadmill from an eliptical. I feel like the treadmill burns more calories and you can work different parts of your body by switching which way you jog like doing side steps. Those are fun to do, except for the whole people looking at you weird bit. Oh well! At least it’s not boring.
