roughly late june thru early october! yeeee!
2007 will be the first year since I graduated high school that I will not be leaving the country. this is bumming me out a bit, BUT…
I’m in the planning stages for a big trip in 2008.
at the moment I’ve got 2 options:
1. Western Europe (the parts I havent seen yet) including but not limited to: Italy, Germany, Switzerland, France, and Norway
or
2. Australia, New Zealand, and Indonesia (and maybe more of southeast asia, time and funds permitting)
I have a lot of family in Australia, and some in New Zealand too. BUT…my favorite Aussie cousins might be visiting the U.S. in early 2008. So if that happens, then I’ll probably pick the Europe option. If they dont make it out here, I might be more inclined to pay them a visit sooner than later.
I’m excited! Even if it’s not happening for over a year.
i finally gave in and have admitted that travelling within my home country is something that needs to happen…its part of the world afterall. SO…although not as exciting as visiting other countries, i think (in order to save some money) my boyfriend and i will be roadtripping through the western states this summer. this california girl has been out-of-country more than she’s been out-of-state, and its about time to change that.
so far:
australia
england
ireland
scotland
costa rica
and of course the u.s.a. although i’ve seen very little of it considering i’ve been living here for my entire life. its ok, california is the best anyway :)
