i am so close, i need to complete not let this one get away from me, really complete powerfully,
i am teaching, and went to all the weekends, and did all my reading, and now finishing with my service projects…
in some ways i am recording this, to tell myself that i can finish really well, and be super satisfied with what happened and what i learned and will be learning and teaching!

I have practiced Yoga off and on since I tore my ACL,in 2003, skiing and it helped my balance and over all health so much. I have not been practicing lately, and miss it. Athletes who are tight like runners, cyclists and skiers and benefit so much with lengthening the tight muscles and rebalancing the body…
I want to learn to teach yoga, so i could teach it at a spa
on the mtn to skiers…
