I saw a doctor and they told me I have mild depression and that is partly why I over eat and emotionally eat so until I fix that I probably cant fix my weight.

I am now keeping track of everything I eat so I know what and how much I eat. I am also keeping track of what I do for exercise. I have lost a whole 4 pounds but whatever I am still doing it.
I haven’t been working on this for a while but I started up again last week and am doing well. I worked out once last week and so far 4 times this week. I am still eating some sweets but not as many or as much as before and have lost 5 lbs. So I am going to keep chu-chu-chugging along to keep losing more. I want to lose at least 60 more! but could lose maybe 70 lbs to be perfect weight again. We will see.
I heard push ups are great to start off with. They work out the whole arm and your core.
I have been doing this for the last 8 years but every time I had a baby I had to stop and then try to lose more baby weight after the next baby so now that I am done having babies I can succeed at losing weight I just need motivation to stop eating sweets.
I need to stop thinking, “I deserve this treat because I have had a hard day.”
And Think, “I deserve a flat tummy and rock hard abs.”
