aaaarrrggghhhhhhhh.....

Both the sounds of me looking at my muffintop, and screaming in agony from the sit ups in the gym. I’ve got a fairly hardcore regime in place at the moment. Well, its daily military phys, so im hammering myself but I’m loving it, and it is having a discernible effect. Got to be flat and toned by May though, I want to be in a bikini this summer!



The way forward is plenty of exercise, limit carbs and sugar and lots of good old fashioned sit ups etc...

So, today I went to the gym, I did 2 hours of boxing training, and then I did 40 mins cardio in the gym, followed by plenty of stretches and sit ups and press ups. My friend decided for us that we are going to do pyramid sit ups, do 10, then 9, then 8, then 7… You get the picture. Anyway, my stomach feels good today! My trousers are too tight post christmas but Ill get there. I have 5 weeks to complete this goal in – I intend to be a machine by the time I move house (6th Feb!).
