I know that this does not necessarily fit into some of the other goals that people have on this site. This goal serves no other purpose than for me to be able to say that I have a nice chunk of shares. I grew up in Atlanta (home of Coca-Cola) and used to own some shares. I sold most of them because I needed the money and now I am slowly building my # back up by way of their DRIP (Dividend Re-Investment Plan). As a side note to the goal, I want to some day attend one of the annual meetings. It may be boring with a lot of numbers being thrown around, but at least I would get free Coke!
