I’m there. If I stay there for a couple of weeks, I’ll call it done.
Holiday food. Lazy don’t-feel-like-cooking food. Not enough exercise because it feels like it gets dark right after lunchtime.
I have some ground to make up, but I’ve turned it around and I’m once again headed in the right direction.
I’m getting there. I haven’t been exercising like I was due to the heat and general lack of sleep. I’m going almost solely on better eating habits, but it’s working, if slowly.
Marking this off has been harder than the previous increments.
