Live in Barcelona

I did end up going back to Europe in Fall 2008/Winder 2009. I just didn’t make it to Barcelona. And I didn’t stay there.

I keep hearing different things about how it’s difficult for Americans to get work papers, especially in Spain. I haven’t researched it too heavily. So I guess a lot of it depends on that. And that whole 3 months visa thing. I don’t know. Also, I was thinking about this today. Barcelona was really fun because of the people I was hanging out with. Half of them aren’t there anymore. But I’m sure I would find another group of people to hang out it.

So…. When I got back to San Diego, I desperately wanted to go straight back to Europe. Seems that I’ve got a lot of business to handle here first, not to mention, some weather, city, and people to enjoy. So my revised move timeframe is Fall 2008/Winter 2009.

I found that when I was in Barcelona, I was happier and healthier, despite functioning on 4 hours of sleep a day, and hanging out in smokey bars! The food was better and my body was healthier. I felt better about myself and life. So I’m going to get myself back there as soon as possible!
