If anyone has read any of my other entries, y’all know that I’m competing in fitness competitions. So this is kind of the “catch all” category for everything related to that, which includes the 6 pack. Holidays were rough of course, so I’m back on track again. Next competition is towards the end of April, so I’ve got 11 weeks… with the 6 pack to surface around that time… :)

I did it!!!! I think the most important thing for me was that I focused on this goal…. to keep me focused and not over-eating, and I came through. 7th in Ms. Bikini and 4th in Model. Yay! :) Come November I should kick some booty! I’ll put up pictures as soon as I find some good ones. :)
I’ve made a lot of progress in the past 3 weeks. I can actually see my stomach getting flatter! I’ve had a couple setbacks this week, but I’m focusing on today and tomorrow. It’s only two days right? Wish me luck. :)
I finally got it together and I’m focusing again. The six pack is on the radar for November!
Since I have been on travel this week, it has thrown the diet and workout into a bit of a tizzy. But… I’m going to the gym right now. :P It’s 9:13PM PST. I don’t know if i’ll get my weight workout in, but I’ll at least get some fat burning cardio in. If I could only find the fitness center at this hotel… wish me luck!
Yay! Two days of clean eating, cardio, and working out and I already feel less bloated, and the size of the “jelly” has decreased. Next step, get the jelly to be not so firm, and more like “jelly.” Getting there, one day at a time.
Back on track. Yesterday was the first full day of clean eating, AND I did weights at the gym. I already feel a lot less bloated in the belly area. I think a lot of it was water weight from the crap I was eating the past few weeks. But I’ve got 5.5 weeks until contest, and it’s time to do this!
The moving thing is wrecking havoc. Okay, I know people say this all the time, but… next week. The main thing now is I have to do damage control with the over eating.
After this whole mess is over, here is the plan. And since it’s all about the body fat%, nutrition, and cardio (for me anyway):
Current bodyfat% – ~18%?, 117lbs?
Number of weeks to my competition: 6.5
Number of weeks to eat clean: 6
Weeks 6,5: Eat clean, 5 days cardio @ 45 minutes, plus obstacle course training, weight training
Weeks 4 – 1: If the body fat is not moving, 6 days cardio @ 45 mins, plus obstacle course training, weight, and of course eating clean. :)
