Okay, so I found the therapist and went to the sessions…
but I kinda wanted to find the therapist BEFORE I decided on a divorce.
Oh well. It all worked out how it was going to, anyway. And I’m fine with that.

Well, I opened up to someone about why I think this is a necessity. It wasn’t well-received but it wasn’t shunned, either. I should probably make some progress on this in the upcoming week.
I suppose the better first step would be addressing the issue about which I feel I need therapy… but nah, that’s too hard…
