Read Joyce's Ulysses

Half way through the final chapter.

On the penultimate chapter. This one is in a Q/A format, which is interesting. Makes it easier to read a bit at a time.

Finished Chapter 15. On to Chapter 16. I can’t wait for Chapter 18, the final chapter…I’d like to clear an uninterrupted block of time to read the entire chapter at once, since it’s all 8 long sentences.

Just finished Episode 14, Oxen of the Sun, which I’ve heard is the most difficult chapter to understand. 4 more episodes to go, but I think it’s downhill from here. Yes I said yes!

I’m still slowly reading Ulysses. I’m on Episode 12 which might be my favorite so far. It has these crazy non-sequitur passages of legal or romantic descriptions, which reminds me of Monty Python.

I’m up to Chapter 7. It’s a slow read.
