I figure I need to save up between 80 to 100k for a decent place in the Seattle area. Right now, I’ve got $2,655.20 in the House Savings account.
At some point, I need to transfer that money into a CD. Probably a laddered CD. Or money market. Whatever gives me the best interest. I’d appreciate suggestions!
Hopefully I’ll have this done in 18 months.
