today was my first day back at doing yoga everyday…. all the flexability i had gained has gone!!
Im not the most flexible person in the world to start with…
But i feel good even if i can’t touch my toes!!
In a previous post I’d said how much improvement I’d seen in just 10 days… so I’ve only got 9 to go!!

Have been neglecting this goal, even though I know that it makes me feel better…. hopefully will restart within the next couple of days…

Ive missed one day in the last 10 days. I can already see such improvement in my poses and my flexability. Motivation is still a problem though, once I start its ok – but getting started is really hard sometimes.
Aren’t human beings funny? I know that yoga makes me feel so much better and happier, yet I still have trouble committing myself!

another good workout – it is distrubing just how much of my flexibility that I’ve lost. I think that it will take me about 8 months of hard practise to get back to where I was a year ago.
I don’t really understand why I stopped practising in the first place.

I woke up so sore this moring.
Its a good sore though… like Ive actually done some work!
I did a little bit of yoga this morning, but I did find it hard to commit to.
I might try to do 20 minutes before bed – but I prefer practise in the morning.

I added this to my list about 5 months ago and then promptly did nothing to reach my goal.
Part of it is its been winter and heating out house is a nightmare, getting up early in the morning when its freezing cold to do yoga is not easy.
Also I can’t afford to go to a class everyday and have struggled to do a good wokout on my own.
I’ve just downloaded some JivaDiva Yoga Jam podcasts and I think they are great for beginners….
Well Im not a beginner beginner, Ive been doing yoga off and on for about 5 years. But never really committed myself to it properly.
Most of the podcasts are 20 minutes long, so its just the right amount to start with really.

I will say that goal is done when I have practised every day for the next six months!!!
