I really wanna stop soft drink and McDonalds. I wanna start walking 3 times a week. I have to do it for my backs sake and for my heart and if I dont im an idiot!

That’s what we got planned, anyways. We’re writing this in our diaries, so it’s gotta be done. I can find 300 things I’d rather be doing, but my gut is still gonna be big as a house so, for now, walking 3x a week.
Done!! Now it’s a healthy dinner and maybe a half hour walk tonight, we’ll see.
Okay, I’m changing my starbucks drink to frappucino lite, we’re cutting out soft drinks for 2 weeks, and we’re trying to have healthy diners.
There’s heart disease in my lineage, so I have to deal with this.
Tomorrow we start half hour walks.
