keep a diary- regularly

Ok, this is depressing because I used to be an incredibly prolific writer. I wrote all the time, on trains, on planes, waiting at a doctor’s office – anywhere and everywhere. And now…I struggle just to concentrate at a nice quiet coffee shop of all places! Isn’t that exactly where one SHOULD get into their writing groove? The busyness of life certainly doesn’t help either, nor my increasingly self-critical mannerisms. Gotta keep trying though…like riding a bicycle. I’m hoping eventually my rhythm will come back.
