So far this year, I’ve stretched every morning and after every work out. Definitely worth keeping up.

I spent a long time stretching this morning and it felt great. I also felt better all day because of it. I need to get back into the habit of doing this everyday. Maybe if I stop hitting the snooze button, this is what I can do with some of the extra time.
So, I’d forgotten that I said I’d make it a personal challenge again, but today was the day I’d originally intended to mark it done as. I’ve already set a new challenge, so whatever, I’m marking this as done.
Whenever I stretch regularly, it seems odd to think I might not do this. This is a habit I don’t want to break; I feel so much better for it.
So when I set my personal challenge, I got my dates confused. The challenge ends tomorrow, but I really wanted it to last for longer, so its not as much of a challenge as I’d wanted it to be.
And this morning, I was running late and got lazy and didn’t do my stretches. :( Technically, I fulfilled this goal today because I stretched at the gym, but that’s not really what I had in mind when I set this goal, so I feel like I’m cheating.
So I might set a new personal challenge when this one is up and give it another week. Then I’m checking it off and sticking to it.
So, this goal has been on my list since the beginning, checked off and added back on again. It feels so good to stretch every day, so I don’t know why I don’t do it.
Taking a cue from KittyCutts, I’m going to start using the personal challenge feature more, to really focus on one goal each week. I’ll consider it done if I stick to it this week, but I’ll have to add it back to my list as soon as I stop. I’ve got a lot of vague goals, so I’d like to narrow in on them one by one. And as I said when I first joined 43T, this goal is a good place to start.
Yup, I fell out of this habit. Its going back on the list, and at the top of the list, once I re-order my goals!
Stretching feels good. I hadn’t marked this off because sometimes I miss a day or two, but I definitely think it is part of my morning routine now.
So this is the first thing I’m writing an entry on, and I’m starting this goal today. I just got a new job where I sit at a computer all day, so I feel like I seed to stretch regularly more than ever.
I feel like its the most attainable and tangible goal on my list, and it will help with my other goals. It will make it easier to exercise, which always makes me happier.
The weather is getting warmer, and I’m looking forward to running outside again. I think this is a good place to start.
